Upon opening your account, we acquire your current application documents and digitize them for online applicant use. This way, we are able make ‘mandatory’ the fields that you need for each applicant to review and sign.

We can customize the following:

  • Minimum Lease Amount

  • Any charges that are applicable to your building such as separate fee amounts for an individual, married couple, and roommates. Any additional payments can be collected if necessary such as pet fees and security deposit.

Once we receive the applicant’s information, necessary move-in documents, and conducted the background screening report, the process is complete. You will receive an e-mail link enabling you to view the final report. You simply log into our secure server and access the full report. You will have the option to save a copy to your computer or print the report for your records. Overall , you will obtain a finalized report that compiles all your specific criteria needed to screen an applicant, without the hassle.

STORE AND SEARCH FILES EASILY

With our paperless cloud archiving, we can take all the necessary information you typically store in filing cabinets and store it online. You will have the ability to access the information 24 hours a day from any location.
